Today we’re taking a look at residential activity in the area during February. The number of active listings was down 50% year over year, and down 32% over the previous month. Smaller inventory means that the buyers who waited to buy may have had a smaller selection to choose from.
The median listing price was $409,000, and compared to last year the average days on market was down 24%.
The median sales price was $363,000, and the number of units sold increased by 3% year-over-year while decreasing by 27% month-to-month.
